Project Management
With extensive experience managing programs as a Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, and as Private Label Manufacturers, Indigen Armor can design a full data package to include assembly drawings, CAD models, flat patterns, and tooling. We can contribute by:
- Identifying project objectives
- Develop detailed budgets and resource allocation plans
- Prepare Cost Proposals in accordance with DCAA standards
- Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Schedule the tasks and key milestones

Assembly
Indigen Armor’s talented staff includes skilled welders with diverse certifications in AWS and MIL SPEC welding including MIL-A-46100(d), and AWS D1.1. Our ASE mechanics and electrical technicians posses advanced capabilities in electro-mechanical manufacturing including military grade wiring harnesses, communications equipment installation, ECU/ECM programming and flashing.
Assembly is performed according to assembly drawings and tolerances that are closely controlled with the use of surface plates and layout plates. Major components are assembled with precise repeatability on customized tooling. Parts are checked in the Quality Control Lab which also offers state of the art metallurgical measurement equipment and transparent armor inspection services.
Engineering
Indigen Armor’s engineering staff includes mechanical engineers and designers well versed in Solid Works, COSMOS, DezignWorks, Catia and PDMWorks. We also have a rapid prototyping cell with extensive capabilities in reverse engineering and CMM metrology. Our engineering team has a broad background including:
